Meet the Team

Lazo is the Founder and Managing Director of Pretraga Partners. He started his search career in 2015 and has worked at a number of leading financial services search firms. He advises his clients utilising detailed market intelligence and prides himself on providing the very best advice to both his clients and candidates. Lazo achieved a first class degree in Economics. He is a petrolhead at heart and enjoys playing tennis and attending art exhibitions.

Yusuf joined Pretraga as a Senior Advisor in March 2024 and has 9 years of experience working in Investment Banking. He has worked at large Investment Banks as well as Boutiques including Jefferies, Credit Suisse, Citi, Nomura Stephens and Pharus.

In June of 2024, George became our latest addition following his graduation from the University of the West of England where he achieved a First in Product Design Technology. George is Lazo's much younger brother and he enjoys learning about history, architecture and design. In his spare time, he likes to kickbox and travel.
