Privacy Policy

What Information do we hold on you?
We store CVs, contact information, covering letters, reference letters and log summary notes on the discussions we have with you. This extends to general updates, career discussions, salary and bonus information and interview processes you may be in.

What do we use the information for?
We have a legitimate interest in storing this information in order to maintain best practices with regard to sourcing job opportunities for you on an ongoing basis.

Who has access to the information?
We will only pass your information on to a client of Pretraga Partners if you have agreed to it. Such information is limited to one or more of a CV, historical pay, visa status if applicable and reference letters, excluding contact and personal address information.
Solely employees of Pretraga Partners have access to the information. You also have the right to request to see the information we hold on you, as well as the right to request deletion of such information.

How long do you keep the information?
We aim to hold candidate information for no longer than 5 years but this may vary depending on how active you are in the job market and the frequency of our interactions throughout that term and beyond.
